A few years ago I had creative idea that becoming a personal trainer would be a terrific way to make money. I determined that getting a personal trainer certification online would be the ideal path - easy, work on my own schedule, and so forth. The only dilemma? Once I started to get my exercise from calisthenics classes and not an aerobic dvd, it all of a sudden became so much easier to stick with the program. The classes got me out of my house, and the folks in them were so encouraging, that I just couldn't help myself. Nearly instantaneously, I was hooked on taking exercise lessons to get totally fit. It was like you could not get me away from them. Meanwhile, each and every cardio exercise dvd I've ever owned quietly gathers dust in the house of a newer, more fit me.
